After a chronic shoulder injury that had been niggling Viv for Months, she was concerned with starting Doc Fitness in fear she’d make things worse. But still, she knew it was time for a change & that’s exactly what she’s done to date.

Hear it straight from Viv’s inspirational words below;

What Kind of Position were you in before you started?

I felt very uncomfortable about my body shape, after two kids and an injury I hated my lack of tone and firmness. I was generally a slim build, although I had added a few pounds & my confidence was at an all-time low.

What was Holding you back from Joining (if anything)?

I was afraid I wouldn’t be up to the exercises, not strong enough, or fit enough to keep up with the rest of the class. Very self conscious of both lack of general fitness / strength.

What made you decide to try Doc Fitness?

Brian (Husband) had been a member for a long time and I had seen such a change in him not just in weight and fitness but as a person.

He was more focused and happier in himself.

He suggested I try it and got Doc (David) to call me. I was really impressed that Doc took the time out to talk to me and reassure me that even though I was recovering from injury and had a low level of fitness, that I could do this and would be supported all the way through. I felt encouraged to take a leap of faith ๐Ÿ™‚

What are your Results like to date?

It has changed my life completely – no exaggeration!!

I am a different person to who I was in so many ways.

1: I have lost over a stone.

2: I have tone and definition that I didn’t even have in my twenties (now late 40’s) – I have never had a better figure.

3. I feel so strong physically.

4: I feel so empowered,

5: I feel so focused, this has rolled out to my job and personal life. My close relationships are stronger. I am more enthused with my work.

6: I am a better version of me! I am more conscious of what I eat and the effect it has on me. I have made the most amazing friends that inspire, encourage, support and continuously make me laugh!

I’ve done Hell and back and loved it,

I’ve climbed Carrantouhill and loved it – now part of a hiking group.

Overall, being part of Doc and the transformation it has done for me is a life experience I am so grateful for. If I can do this anyone can.

What 3 Biggest Areas of your Life has this Impacted?

1: I am so much more body confident and enjoy how I look now.

2: I used to be a bit of a victim – soft, sensitive and took on a lot of unnecessary grief – now I don’t take any of that and am more confident about what I want and don’t want in my life

3: Focus – whether its work, family life, our goals etc, I feel so much more calm and focused.

Whatโ€™s your favourite thing about Doc Fitness?

The sense of community the minute you walk in the door. Everyone is on your side.

Each milestone and achievement anyone makes we are all genuinely happy for each other. There is a positivity and comradeship from David, Robbie & Oisin, right down to every member; that doesn’t exist in any gym or class I have ever attended.

Lastly, what would you say to someone whoโ€™s sitting on the Fence about Joining?

Only you can make the changes you want in your life, it’s in your grasp.

Empower yourself and do this for you!

Every step, every day and week will bring about changes. Out of all your life give yourself the next 6 weeks and give it 100% and see what is possible to achieve.

The only time you will look back is to see how far you have come ๐Ÿ™‚
