1-1 Personal Training are usually outside our Programme time above.
Times ARE FLEXIBLE as everyone Leads different lives, times at work, College, kids etc.
The Programs run off 3 Sessions per week to produce the Maximum Results. There is also the opportunity to do 'extra' sessions on top off this, so it's not limited to 3 only.
Yes we Track Attendance & Care for you getting to your workouts. So if you start missing sessions, expect a call to give you that needed kick up the arse!
