Hey Guys back again with another recipe 🙂
Nothing too fancy but basically just another way of making an omelette 😉
Breakfasts are the worst when it comes to figuring out what to make to suit someone’s early morning starts & making sure it’s nutritious and filling.
This one takes the same amount of time as an omelette, more or less the same ingredients but I find that its a nice change from eating the same thing every morning
So turn the snooze off on your alarm clock and let’s get to it ➡
First up we are going to chop your Potatoes & Courgette into small cubes
Put them in a bowl then add your seasoning. Might be no harm to dab the courgette before with some kitchen towel to take some of the moisture from it.
Using Fry light, cook until brown
Chop your bacon into small squares and fry with your browned potatoes & courgette.
Then add your chopped onion
Cook that for a couple minutes until you’re pretty confident that everything is fully cooked 😛
Next your going to make a donut with that mess. So gather it all up with your spatula and make a bowl/hole in the middle.
Now add your egg whites & egg. I usually have this ready in a glass set aside. Let this cook through using a big pot lid or you can put it under the grill
Add your cheese & boom……Eggscellent 😆
Altogether this beautiful mess is:
29.7g Of Protein
14.5g Of Carbs
16.6g Of Fat
That’s pretty much it, very simple and tasty and a nice change to mix it up when it comes to breakfast 😎
